 Hello dad, I'm texting you to thank you for the advice that you gave me last week about the highschool. You know that I'm really shy so I didn't use to have a lot of friends but now I'm trying to make more friends in my class.And now more people want to be my friends. Another problem that I had was the classes because I didn't understand very much about any subjects. I told my teacher about it and they helped me to understand the subjects . I stay in class during the breaks and my teachers go there and help me with all I need. So, thanks again. I don't know what I could do without you. Lots of hugs, your son Javier.  Freddie Mercury was born on 5th september, 1946 in Kensignton, London. He was a British singer and composer that become famous because he sang and played the piano in the band called "Rock". He wrote a lot of succesful songs for "Queen", like <<Killer Queen>>, <<Bohemian Rhapsody>>, beetwen others. In the 1980s his career as solist improved and he made two albums: "Mr.Bad Guy" (in 1985) and "Barcelona" (in 1988). This last album was made with the collaboration of Monserrat Caballé. He died of a bronconeoumony, caused by complications of the aids, on 24th Novenmber 1991, one day after he said in an interview that he had that illness. Javier Rivas López 4ºESO A

 -Andrea: Hello Javi! What are you doing? -Javier: Oh! Hi Andrea, I'm looking for some things for the highschool. -Andrea: So am I! What do you need? -Javier: Well, I need some pens, pencils, a folder and color pens. -Andrea: What a coincidence I need the same things. Let's search the folders first. -Javier: Ok -Andrea: What about this one? -Javier: It's too colorful I mean, there are too many colors for me. -Andrea: Ok, something more simple, this is red, what do you think? -Javier: It's perfect and there are some separators for every subject. -Andrea: Ok, so now we need some pencils, pens and colour pens. -Javier: These are the best pens, pencils and colour pens of the shop. -Andrea: Perfect, let's take them.  In 1ºESO the exams were easier than now,and now we have more homework than in my first year of ESO. In 1ºESO breaks were better, because you could go everywhere in the playground but now we don't do this any longer, now we are divided into different zones and you can't go out of your zone, unless that day there is a match of the highschool league. A very important diffrence between 1ºESO and now is the quarintine , this period was a big change for us. During the lockdown all we did was by computer or phones beacsause we were locked down in our houses. The classes were by videocall and sometimes there were some problems with the cam or the microphone.The exams were online too, so, many people could copy and the teacher couldn't see it. Now it's very different, we do most of things in person and somethings with our computers. Another change was the canteen, which was open and you could buy drinks, snacks, sweets, and sandwiches but now it's closed and they use it onl
